Edinburgh Birth & Baby - a collective of experienced professionals who provide a range of services in Edinburgh & Lothians for fertility, pregnancy, birth, new baby, and new mums and dads


Pregnancy & Parents Centre (PPC) – not-for-profit organisation that works with parents-to-be and families in Edinburgh.  They provide a variety of classes, workshops and drop-in groups plus a range of other services and resources to support you through pregnancy and early parenthood, including the superb Dads-To-Be Course

Bea Alexander Pilates – pregnancy and postnatal pilates classes in Edinburgh

Edinburgh Doulas – birth and postnatal support from doula Robyn Theobald.  She is also a homeopath

Soma Osteopathy – osteopathy and cranial osteopathy to help with pregnancy aches and pains, and for newborns, babies and children.  Various other treatments also available

McMidwives – independent midwifery services in Edinburgh and Lothians

Relax & Breathe Birthing Course – a 4 week course run by KnotStressed to help you achieve a calm, comfortable and positive birth experience

Crossreach – information and support through counselling, treatments, workshops, etc for people with postnatal depression in Edinburgh and the Lothians
