Appointment times

 You can book an appointment yourself online - please go to our booking page.

​All appointments are held at Forth Street Treatment Room, 16 Forth Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3LH. Unfortunately home visits are not available.

Our appointment times are listed below. Please try and book into one of these times if possible. This means we can see as many of you as possible, with enough time for cleaning and ventilating the treatment room between appointments, but without awkward gaps between clients. Many thanks.

Reflexology with Georgie McCulloch is available at:
4.15, 5.30, 6.45pm on Mondays
9.15am, 10.30 and 12.00pm on Wednesdays 
3.30, 4.45 and 6.00pm on Thursdays 
Occasional weekend appointments by request

Reflexology with Holly Gibb is available at:
10.00am, 11.30, 1.00 and 2.30pm on Tuesdays
10.00 and 11.30am on Fridays
9.30am, 11.00 and 1.00, 2.30 and 4.00pm on the third Saturday of every month 

Reflexology with Kristi Sloan is available at:
9.30am, 11.00, 12.30 and 2.00pm on Thursdays

Massage and Reflexology with Bronagh Wignall is available at:
9.45am, 11.15 and 12.45pm on Mondays
4.00, 5.30 and 7.00pm on Tuesdays

Cancellation Policy

​If you have to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be liable to a £20 fee, unless we can book in another client at that time. If you simply forget or don't turn up, I'm afraid you will be charged the full fee. This is to cover room costs and loss of income to our practitioners who almost always have a waiting list of clients. Thank you for your understanding.

​To find us:
Forth Street Treatment Room is at 16 Forth Street. It's a big red main door half way along Forth Street. Just press the buzzer marked 'Forth St Treatment Room' and you will be buzzed in. Please arrive at your appointment time, and not too long before as the buzzer might disturb the client before you! The treatment room is on the lower ground floor down one flight of stairs.

Public Transport:
Forth Street Treatment Room is very centrally located, and well served by public transport. There are several buses which stop at either Elm Row, Leith Street or York Place, all within 5 minutes walk from Forth Street. The tram stop at Picardy Place is 3 minutes walk, and Waverley Station is about 8 minutes walk.

​Metered parking is available on the streets around there:
Forth Street – Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 6.30pm and Sunday 12.30 – 6.30pm
Hart Street – Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, free on Saturday and Sunday
Broughton Place – Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, free on Saturday and Sunday
Gayfield Street - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, free on Saturday and Sunday
Albany Street - Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 6.30pm and Sunday 12.30 – 6.30pm
Barony Street - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, free on Saturday and Sunday
