Giving birth is probably one of the most momentous events in a woman’s life, and having a happy, healthy and straightforward pregnancy definitely helps towards having a happy, healthy and straightforward birth. We love supporting women on their pregnancy journey, from pre-conception health right throughout pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period.
We provide maternity reflexology during all stages of pregnancy, and are very experienced in working with all sorts of common pregnancy ailments, from general aches and pains to more complicated conditions specifically associated with pregnancy.
We are also experienced in working with people who have had a pregnancy or baby loss, and provide supportive, compassionate treatments to help bring your body and mind back into a more balanced state after dealing with a traumatic event.
