I’m Kristi, a Clinical Reflexologist specialising in women’s health, supporting clients on their fertility and pregnancy journeys and navigating perimenopause.
Originally from the south coast of England with English and Norwegian parents, I lived in Portugal for years before now calling the beautiful east coast of Scotland home. I live in North Berwick with my husband, two children, and our dog, Monty. Being close to the sea has always been a source of joy and balance for me. My journey to Reflexology stemmed from a desire to understand how stress and anxiety impact the body and mind. After experiencing the transformative power of natural therapies, I retrained, earning a Distinction in Clinical Reflexology. Since then, I have completed further specialist training in Maternity Reflexology, Reproflexology for fertility and reproductive health, Menopause, and Facial Reflexology. I’m passionate about helping clients achieve balance and wellbeing, incorporating health, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance into my practice.
