For the past ten years, I’ve been supporting women who want to reconnect with their bodies and take an active role in their health and wellbeing. My focus is on holistic women’s health and the childbearing year, offering individualised support that honours the woman as a whole: physically, emotionally, and energetically.
My professional path began after a transformative birth experience. Becoming a mother changed everything for me. It sparked a deep interest in the body’s natural ability to heal, and in the importance of being truly supported through key life transitions. This calling led me to train as a doula in 2014 and as a Mizan abdominal massage therapist in 2017. Soon after I specialised in fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal support — deepening my focus on the childbearing journey and the many layers of care it requires. I believe that healing doesn’t come from a one-size-fits-all approach. Every woman’s story is unique and so is the support she needs. My approach is gentle and personalised, based on the understanding that the body has an innate ability to restore balance when given the right conditions. Through abdominal therapy, I aim to support this natural process — helping to release tension, improve circulation, and create a more receptive environment for fertility. My aim is to offer practical, respectful, and personalised care to women at different stages of life, whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating hormonal changes, or simply looking to feel more at home in your body. I live in Fife, where I enjoy being close to both the woods and the sea — two places that help me recharge and stay connected to myself. I love long outdoor walks, exploring new corners of Scotland with my children, and learning new things along the way.
